Man City to play at Everton in quarters

LONDON: English Premier League leader Manchester City will take a trip to Everton and Manchester United travel to Leicester City in the FA Cup quarterfin­als following the draw yesterday.

Everton, which beat Tottenham Hotspur 54 in a thrilling match on Thursday, will host Pep Guardiola's City, which set a top flight record with a 15th straight victory in all competitio­ns when it beat Championsh­ip Swansea City 31.

Manchester United will take on fellow league title contender Leicester. United, which last won the FA Cup in 2016, is bidding to win the trophy for the 13th time.

Secondtier Bournemout­h will host fellow south coast club Southampto­n, which beat

Wolverhamp­ton Wanderers 20 yesterday to make the last eight.

Chelsea, which won 10 at Barnsley yesterday, will be at home to bottom Premier League side Sheffield United. — Reuters
