Not guilty plea entered

Wellington: A man charged with three counts of indecently assaulting a woman and administering a Class B drug has pleaded not guilty.

The man, who has interim name suppression, appeared in the Wellington District Court, where he elected trial by jury.

The 28yearold was arrested after the police launched an investigation, following two women alleging they were assaulted during a Christmas work party at a Wellington boxing gym.

He has been remanded on bail and will next appear in court on June 4. — RNZ
