Public toilets

I LIKE to walk along the Marina to Ravensbourne Track. So do many other people judging by the many people I saw today using this track. It is very inconvenient not to have a public toilet about half way along. The closest public toilet is outside the Otago Yacht Club.

Silverstream at Mosgiel is another lovely track, however again, there are no public toilets anywhere nearby. The closest ones are at Mosgiel Memorial Gardens. Surely I am not the only person who thinks that Dunedin could do with more public toilets? Ocean Grove could do with public toilets, also. Speaking of which, it is really inconvenient that the public toilets remain closed in Municipal Lane.

The only option that the public have is to go into the library or the Bus Hub. Jeanene O'Keefe
