New World for South Dunedin

A lot of comments about why we need another supermarke­t and if there is enough customers. This is a business risk business operators take. If there is not enough business, it is not a problem for the city or the customers, it is a problem for operators.

I don't understand all the supermarke­ts concentrat­ing on being one part of town. This will be No 4 for South Dunedin. South Dunedin's population is certainly not big enough to support four of them, so it only adds to more traffic by causing people to travel further. — Dianne Davey
