Car crashes into ditch

Herbert: A woman escaped uninjured when her car ended up in a ditch in North Otago.

A police spokesman said the 51yearold female driver crashed into a ditch on State Highway 1, near Herbert, on Monday night.

The woman, of Christchurch, was uninjured, the spokesman said.
