SENTENCES imposed by Judge Peter Rollo in the Invercargill District Court yesterday were.—

■ James Lachlan Forbes (20), assault on person in a family relationship (four charges), between June 19 and August 1; assault, Invercargill, August 13, 100 hours’ community work, 12 months’ supervision, emotional harm reparation $750.

■ Rylie Dylan Barrett (19), meat worker, of Invercargill, careless driving while under the influence of drink and/or drugs causing injury, fined $750, reparation $742, court costs $130, disqualified 12 months.

■ Andrew Fuatavai (41), of Invercargill, threatening to kill, Invercargill, October 18, four months’ community detention, 80 hours’ community work, emotional harm reparation $1000.

■ Kayne Nathan Padget Wilson (21), of Invercargill, burglary, Invercargill, November 15; theft excar, Invercargill, September 13; two months’ community detention, 100 hours’ community work, reparation $2500.

■ Brendon Paul Wilson (28), unemployed, of Nightcaps, aggravated driving while suspended, dishonestly taking a motor vehicle, Wreys Bush, December 27, 12 months’ supervision, reparation $500, disqualified 12 months, alcohol interlock provisions cancelled. — PIJF court reporter Karen Pasco
