Yelling disturbs residents
A DUNEDIN man who disturbed residents of the suburb of Wakari by yelling after allegedly crashing a vehicle was located by police and breathtested.
Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond said a 25yearold man failed to navigate a corner in Taieri Rd about 3am yesterday.
He crossed the centre line and crashed into a parked car on the right side of the road before overcorrecting and crashing into a power pole and fence on the left side, Snr Sgt Bond said.
The man ran down Wakari Rd yelling, prompting several people to call police. The man was found by police and breathtested, recording an initial result of 400mcg.
