■ Chance Alan Henderson (34), of Invercargill, threatens to kill, Dunedin, May 20; speaks threateningly, Dunedin, July 9; possession of cannabis for supply, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, Dunedin, July 22; nine months’ home detention, 200 hours’ community work, reparation $400, order for forfeiture of $8025, firearm and ammunition.

■ Jordan Shane Reynolds (30), unemployed, of Bluff, careless driving, September 6, at Invercargill; two charges threatening to kill, threatening behaviour, four charges wilful damage, September 22, at Invercargill, 12 months’ intensive supervision, reparation $3090.76, court costs $130.

■ Brenden Michael McCann (31), labourer, of Invercargill, driving contrary to alcohol interlock licence, breach of alcohol interlock licence (596mcg), Te Anau, February 10.
