Suhkraj Singh, 37, of Mosgiel, drinkdrivi­ng (337mg, stopped by police after complaint about driving on Southern Motorway), South Rd, February 29, fined $600, medical and analyst expenses $115.34, disqualifi­ed 28 days, alcoholint­erlock and zeroalcoho­l licence provisions.

Jarod Michelle, 25, forestry worker, of Dunedin, aggravated drinkdrivi­ng, disqualifi­ed driving (breath alcohol level 522mcg, travelling well in excess of speed limit, increased speed approachin­g uphill section of road, lost control, veered left off road and down grass bank, received scratches and bruises), Neill St, November 16, three months’ community detention, 12 months’ supervisio­n, disqualifi­ed 28 days (backdated to January 30), alcoholint­erlock and zeroalcoho­l licence provisions.

Michelle Lee Green, 41, officer manager, of Dunedin, aggravated disqualifi­ed driving, St Andrew St, August 10, two months’ community detention, disqualifi­ed 12 months and one day (backdated to January 12).

Jared Zepplin Peterson, 32, of Dunedin, two breaches of release conditions (failed to report to Probation, tested positive for cannabis), Dunedin, April 8 and 16 respective­ly, six weeks’ jail.

Sarah Leigh Storer, 26, farm worker, of South Otago, Summary Offences Act assault (one punch to left eye of male known to her, caused minor redness to eye and headache), Balclutha, March 1, nine months’ supervisio­n. Sentenced by the judge on Wednesday were.—

Adam James Woodhouse, 31, of Dunedin, possessing cocaine for supply (24g found in car), offering to supply cocaine (offered an ounce for $9500), 10 months’ home detention, $10,895 cash forfeited.
