Workplace accidents

Worksafe is investigating the death of a man on Auckland’s North Shore on Monday night. They believe machinery was involved in the accident at a facility on Unity Drive in Rosedale. Worksafe has also been notified of two other cases in South Auckland on the same night including one in which a worker’s fingers were caught in machinery and another involving a forklift.
