Swimmer’s body found

Police divers yesterday recovered the body of a swimmer who went missing in Lake Wanaka. Senior Sergeant Chris Brooks said while formal identification needs to be completed, they believe it’s the swimmer who was reported missing about 6.30pm on Thursday. He said police were making inquires on behalf of the coroner.
