Used car fears

The motor industry fears the price of some used cars will increase, after the Clean Car Standard is implemented on January 1. The standard is intended to encourage importers to bring in vehicles with lower emissions, and that burn less fuel. Vehicle Import Association Chief David Vinsen says the scheme will result in fewer vehicles coming in. He says the industry needs more time to prepare.
