The drink: “Cherries are coming into their prime around Christmas time, and who doesn’t need a little tequila to get through the silly season?” asks Fitzgerald. “This drink is tart, refreshing, and best of all scaleable. Think jugs, buckets, or whatever you’ve got lying around.”

Ingredients: 30ml blanco tequila (Fitzgerald used Herradura Plata Tequila), 15ml cherry liquor (Fitzgerald used Herring Cherry Liquor), 30ml lime juice (freshly
