Illuminating effort

Rotorua buildings and landmarks joined others around the world in lighting up purple on World Pancreatic Cancer Day yesterday to raise awareness. People can get behind the campaign by donating at gutcancer.org.nz/pancreaticcancer to help the Gut Cancer Foundation fund research needed to improve outcomes for more than 700 New Zealanders diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every year.
