Summer Nights events back this year
The event that brings movies and music to Stratford’s King Edward Park is back this year but with Covid-19 restrictions.
The Stratford District Council’s Summer Nights series, now in its 12th year, will see movies shown at the park on January 29 and music played on February 19.
The movies on offer will be Sister Act or Raya & The Last Dragon, and Taranaki cover band On Yer Bike and Kiwi band AutoMatic80s will take to the stage to play tunes the following month.
There will be food available to purchase, but families are welcome to pack their own picnics and come along.
Entry to the events is free, but a vaccination passport will be required for anyone aged 12 years and over.
