Members of Stratford District Youth Council are busy getting ready for their upcoming event, Fright Night (A Scary Night: The Stories You Never Knew) at the Taranaki Pioneer Village next Saturday night.

Guests on the night will be scared senseless as they walk around the village and are confronted with a range of terrifying characters.

Makeup artist Shea Faulkner worked with the young actors last Thursday, helping them hone their stage makeup skills ready to bring their fearsome characters to life.

As darkness fell, they then walked around the deserted village, planning the Fright Night action.
