Break the ice, not the bank this Christmas

-

There’s no doubt that 2022 has been a hard year for most with the rising cost of living. Tensions are already high, and buying Christmas presents on top of making ends meet is a daunting concept. However, you don’t have to break the bank this year – break the ice instead, by giving gifts that will no doubt start a conversation.

Nestled between the big-ticket furniture items in our showrooms, you’ll find endless ornaments and giftware. Everything we stock is carefully chosen by owner Kathy Eagar, who has a taste for eye-catching, bespoke items.

In just one corner of our Stratford show room there is an exotic feathered mirror, hung above a resin side table shaped as a dog on its hindlegs. On one display table alone, there is a bone-handled magnifying glass, a fist-shaped ceramic vase, a serving platter fashioned as a vine leaf and a heart-shaped cake stand.

For under $100 there are plenty of gift options for your loved ones; and their reaction to receiving something like a bulldog shaped bookend or metal trout wall art is no doubt priceless. Don’t forget that for the hard to buy for, we offer gift vouchers with no expiration date - which also makes them perfect for those who can’t make up their mind!
