Midhirst Tennis Club: On Monday November 13, Midhirst 1 had a bye, with both Midhirst 2 and Midhirst 3 playing at home against Waitara 1 and Pihama 3 respectively.

Midhirst 2 narrowly lost to their North Taranaki opponents 4-2, with some good matches played. Midhirst 3 beat their southern rivals 5-1 (winning by 50 points to 25) with Adrianna Schumacher player of the day for strong and consistent play.

All games on November 20 were washed out and will be played at a later date. Night tennis commenced last week with all players enjoying their matches, together with the social chats in between. It is wonderful to see many members of our local community participating, as well as a few people from further afield.
