Peanut buttered

Liam Messam’s return for the Chiefs last weekend may have been boosted by his taste buds getting stuck into a healthy dose of peanut butter. The back-rower sliced through the crowds to visit Pic’s peanut butter stall at New Zealand’s Fitness Expo in Auckland this week and said their spread was the ‘best’. Pic’s also congratulated cyclist George Bennett on making New Zealand’s Olympic squad, but he crashed out of stage 11 of the Tour de France, as crunch time nears in cycling’s epic race.
