Waddle worry

Police were called in to arrange the safe march of a group of a mother duck and her seven ducklings across State Highway 2 near Petone yesterday. Police reminded drivers it was wise to be mindful of stopping on the motorway as it could be dangerous. The lanes were cleared within an hour of the ducks being reported.
