Weapons sales

Apparently, during the New Zealand Navy’s anniversary in November, to which 30 nations have been invited to send warships, Auckland will also host a military weapons conference.

This conference will include representatives from companies that profit from the sale of weapons used for mass murder and suffering – including nuclear weapons.

This demands that we as a peacemaking nation need to loudly and strongly protest the presence of both the warships and these companies in our country. Pat Hick, Cambridge
