Predator types

What on earth will the country look like when it is predator-free in 2050? No kea to predate the sheep, no dairy cattle to predate the waterways, no banks or financial institutions to predate the unfortunate poor, no Pakeha or Maori to predate the environment and so it goes on ad infinitum, just when I was beginning to think that utopia was a pipe dream. Thanks for the encouraging point of direction Mr Key, but I wonder, is this the gestation of another flagtype debate and will the outcome be just as unachievable? John D Mahony, Christchurch
