HOUSE 4 - Sam & Emmett

From day one of the block, this entertaining pair has made us laugh with their comical banter but when it comes down to business, these boys know how to get things done.

A unique feature of their chosen property is it’s the only house on the block to have an en suite attached to both the guest and master bathrooms - a detail they have taken on board when designing these spaces.

Privately located downstairs, the guest bedroom is complimented by soft grey curtains, trendy hanging lights and a handcrafted bed frame made from plush leather.

Their brief for a 10 year old girl’s room was followed perfectly and won them first place against their competitors for its neutral base and fun, tasteful pink accessories which can be easily removed by buyers to create a more generic space.

The master bedroom and en suite was a hit with the judges for their many stylish elements, i.e. the thick carpets and white oak shelving in the bedroom, and the brushed brass tap ware in the bathroom. Their talents can also be witnessed in the downstairs bathroom which is a beautifully lit, relaxing space with sleek fittings and greenery added to fit the judges’ recommendations for cool, calm and natural.
