HOUSE 3 - Emma & Courtney

-

These fun South Island girls have poured their vibrant personalities into every corner of house 3, where style and innovation can be encountered at every turn.

Their use of soothing greys and blues in the guest and kid’s bedrooms set the mood for relaxation and will appeal to buyers who love to see a bit of character in the boudoir. The addition of a plywood feature wall in the boy’s room was a strategic move as it adds texture and imagination, while at the same time increasing its versatility.

In contrast to the other two bedrooms, the girls went for minimalist detail in the master to allow room for potential buyers to envision their own touches, and to keep the focus on the gorgeous David Trubridge light fitting.

The design of the main bathroom is close to the duo’s heart, as it balances concrete-look tiles with feminine touches and utilises every inch of space in an ultra-functional way. To complete the package, the girls have carefully considered the everyday convenience of its users by introducing handy ‘nooks’ to rest bath and shower products.
