HOUSE 1 - Niki & Tiff

-

Using a neutral colour palette with ethnic and bohemian touches incorporated throughout, the opposing personalities of contestants Niki and Tiff shine through in their design concepts.

The girls’ superb attention to detail can be seen in their choice of décor across all three bedrooms. It’s within these areas that Tiff’s expertise as a film and TV set designer really comes into play as they opt for a striking white base, tied together with carefully selected furnishings and artwork that inspire a calm, ethnic vibe.

Those who appreciate bright and beautifully flowing spaces would have been right behind the judges when they awarded first place to the girls’ master and guest bedrooms, and many discerning buyers will relish the thought of moving in and experiencing these elements first hand.

A continuation of the girls’ eye for contrast can be seen in the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, which expertly blend crisp white with matte black fittings and Moroccan style tiles. The utilisation of space in both of these rooms is a testament to their planning and those with an eye for detail won’t overlook the tasteful bohemian hints added in for good measure.
