Stylish villa conversions have become a city fringe speciality, but few could match 28 Woodside Rd for its celebration of light and space and sheer joy of living.

When the owners extended and renovated their Mt Eden home five years ago, they believed they were renovating ‘for keeps’, so they cut no corners in creating something special. Meanwhile the upstairs master suite is a separate adult zone comprising a beautiful bedroom and ensuite with walkin wardrobe and well-designed office.
