504/505 Break Dangel
Again, these aren’t technically Peugeot products, but they are heavily based on them and Peugeot engineers were involved in their development, so they count. French company Dangel started out building racing cars, but by the late 1970s had moved into building jacked-up 4x4 versions of Citroen vans and, rather brilliantly, the Peugeot 504.
Starting with the ute version of the 504, Dangel soon turned its attention to the 504 Break (station wagon), creating a seriously capable (check out that ground clearance!) off-road SUV. It carried on with the introduction of the now-iconic 505 Break.
