INSIDER TIP

From Pinocchio to Pluto, Simba to Sully, Disney’s beloved characters have, without regret, stuck with me well into my adult years!

On my trip to California, I couldn’t deny my love for Disney, so I made a pit stop in Anaheim to relive the wonder.

Disneyland California is the original Disney theme park, and the only one in the world that was built under the supervision of Walt Disney himself in 1955.How cool is that?

This theme park is big, and I wanted to make the most of my time there.

Before I left for the park, I downloaded the Wait Time app to help organise my day.

This app told me which rides had the shortest waiting time, which helped me plan my day. Genius!

When lunch rolled around, I went to the Hungry Bear Restaurant, nestled in the corner of Critter Country.

The funnel cakes were delicious and it was less busy than other restaurants at the park.

On day one at Disneyland, I went to Rivers of America to watch the firework display.

On my second day, I set up a spot on the right hand side of the Sleeping Beauty Castle to enjoy the show.

?? SUPPLIED ?? Disneyland is huge, so it pays to do some research before going.
