The Great Wine & Dine Festival

Even some of the street vendors in Singapore have Michelin stars, so it’s no surprise this annual celebration of the city-state’s multicultural food scene is exceptional. Held at Resorts World Sentosa, it features festival-exclusive dishes by the resort’s celebrity chefs, masterclasses by top sommeliers and wine critics, and craft sake tastings. We like the sound of Table 65’s menu, which begins with pomfret ceviche with passionfruit, coconut and kaffir lime.
