-

New Zealand’s Danny Lee had the low round of the day to put himself in title contention midway through the PGA Tour’s Arnold Palmer Invitational in Florida. Lee shot a fiveunder-par 67 that left him one shot behind coleaders Tyrrell Hatton and Sung Kang. Lee had six birdies and a bogey in his second round for a two-round tally of 138 to be at six-under. Englishman Hatton posted a second-round 69 and South Korea’s Sung Kang a 68. Rory McIlroy (73), Sungjae Im (69) and Harris English (70) are two strokes off the lead.
