I know a place . . . Van Gogh Live
Prepare to have your retinas and your mind blown by this multi-sensory exhibition that’s been lighting up Instagram.
Featuring more than 3000 images of the Dutch master’s work, the colourful swirls are beamed across walls, floors and ceilings, and they change with the musical score.
To date, it’s been shown in more than 50 cities around the globe to more than six million people.
The 45-minute extravaganza has been created so that it feels like you’re walking into Van Gogh’s postimpressionist works, such as Sunflowers and The Starry Night.
Van Gogh Alive is on at Auckland’s Spark Arena until May 6.
