Spotswood claim bronze

The Spotswood Volleyball Club men’s masters team claimed bronze in the 11-team division two championship at the New Zealand Masters Games in Wanganui. The team won eight of its 10 pool games to finish second in the pool before losing to Taupo 2-0 in the semifinal. In a hard-fought playoff game for the bronze medal Spotswood beat Wanganui 2-1.
