A step in the right direction

It is great to hear about the New Plymouth District Council’s perhaps turnaround at Back Beach and replacing the stairs. This is great news for us park users.

Questions to David Langford and the New Plymouth District Council: why was this access to the Back Beach taken away without any consulting with those who use it?

Question: The department has spent $7000 on the look out. Where is the extra money coming from and where is the engineer’s report prior to taking away the access?
