King wins, Coll beaten

New Zealand’s Joelle King has beaten 14th ranked Tesni Evans (Wales) 11-4 11-6 11-5 in 37 minutes to win the New Zealand Squash Open title at the Trustpower Arena in Tauranga. Mohammed Elshorbagy became the first Briton to win the New Zealand men’s title when he outlasted Kiwi star and Commonwealth Games champion Paul Coll 9-11 11-8 11-4 11-7 in 62 minutes.
