Three events planned for International Men’s Day

Three events are planned in Taranaki tomorrow to mark International Men’s Day.

The first is an ocean swim followed by a shared meal and speaking session. Starting at 6am at the Fitzroy Surf Life Saving Club, attendees are invited to have a (optional) dip in the ocean and bring food to share with others alongside open conversation from 6.50am until 8am. A walk and chat at Lake Mangamahoe will be held from 12.30pm until 2.30pm followed by an evening potluck shared meal and conversation circle at Escape Coffee Roasters from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Men are invited to attend one or all of the events.
