Wanderings dogs are a danger
The children walking the street we live in in New Plymouth are in a dangerous situation with regard to dogs roaming the street without a lead or person control and with adults and children walking on the street. I write due to frustration after many times me and others have contacted the Animal Control at the council and the SPCA to get these dogs controlled and removed.
I don’t know who else to contact, especially when we see owners punch their dogs in their faces as punishment?
