Time for a change

The NZRU had a rare opportunity to bridge the gap with gender pay equality, but no, they chose to give the Black Ferns a pittance in the way of a bonus compared to their male counterparts. Why? What excuse would they make?

Not enough funds. They are still reinforcing the notion that men’s sport is more important. I also believe the media doesn’t help either by focusing more on men’s sport than women’s. It’s time for change.
