Not that old policy again?

Christopher Luxon has pulled up from the National Party’s filing cabinet yet another old policy, this being boot camp for young offenders.

Unfortunately, he has forgotten to give the file a good shake to get rid of the dust before trying to fob off a failed policy as something new and innovative.
