Robot Song, TSB Showplace, Saturday, 20 April 10am and 2pm Don’t miss this award-winning Australian theatre production – a genuine family show, for ages 6+, featuring cutting edge digital technology, startling animatroni­cs and a beautiful original musical score. After each performanc­e, there will be a Q&A and a special chance to meet the Robot and cast on the TSB Theatre Stage.

Shaskeen Reel, Hospice Taranaki Fundraiser, Fourth Wall Theatre, Sunday, April 21, 4pm-6pm. Shaskeen Reel are holding this special fundraisin­g event for an organisati­on very close to their hearts. Whether you label them as Celtic, Irish, New Trad, Rock Trad or Folk, the strength of their music is in the tremendous harmonies and toe-tapping rhythm. Proceeds from all ticket sales will be donated to Te Kahu Pairuri Hospice Taranaki. Tickets $35. Donation options are also available when booking and donations will be accepted on the day of the event.

Friends of Hāwera Parks, Opunake Walkway and Cliff Top Walk, Saturday, April 27, 10am

Friends of Hāwera Parks along with our co-ordinator Ian Armstrong have organised a walk on the Opunake Walkway and Cliff Top Walk. We will be carpooling and will meet at the King Edward Park gates, corner of High St and Camberwell Rd, leaving at 9.15am. Contact: Miranda 027 571 8893.
