Simple solution

A compact underpass tunnel crossing below Wairakei Dr from a lowered approach road starting at Woodward St corner, to have a left side bridge contoured road that zips with the downhill traffic would solve the major problem of congesting traffic from Acacia Bay. All larger oversized vehicles would be directed to access Waira¯kei Dr from the Poihipi Rd entrance. Solved a simple problem.
