tequila, orange liqueur, le­mon juice, ice and strain into glass. Top with Coca-Cola and gar­nish with le­mon. Shake to­gether two parts brandy, one part orange Cu­ra­cao, one part le­mon juice and a cou­ple of dashes each of An­gos­tura bit­ters and Pastis. Add a twist of le­mon peel. squeeze of le­mon juice, a cou­ple of dashes of Worces­ter­shire sauce, a few drops of Tabasco, a pinch of cel­ery salt and a shake of pep­per. Strain and serve on the rocks. Gar­nish with a slice of le­mon and a stick of cel­ery.
