Your Entourage

Important people on the day

-

You would normally have the people who are closest to you and your other half who will help make you day special. They will be the ones to assist with the planning and lead up, also being there to help on your wedding day and making sure the day runs as smooth as possible. This decision can be a tricky one, but is exciting and essential. You can have as many people as you want in your entourage, but remember that having more members could also mean more expenses.

To give you an idea on who to consider, and depending on how big or small you would like to have your wedding party, you can have more than one or less people.

• Best Man

• Maid of Honour

• Flower Girl/s

• Ring, coin, and bible bearer

• Bridesmaids

• Groomsmen

• Junior bridesmaids

• Junior groomsmen

Your Maid of Honour and Best Man will have the most important jobs, assisting you and your groom during the ceremony. They will be entrusted with responsibilities and will have to be the calming influence when under stress. Normally, these two will be the best friends of the bride and groom or close relatives. By tradition, both are in charge of the bridal shower and the bachelor party.

Bridal Party Wear

Once you have rounded up the troops, and they have confirmed as an attendant, you will need to decide on what they will wear while standing with you. Think about the theme and colour scheme for your day and choose outfits for both sides that will complement each other without taking away from the most important people, you and your partner.
