Taupō Junior Golf

Taupō Junior Club Championship 2022 commenced on Sunday at the Taupō Golf Club.

The following junior players were invited to play for the title of Junior Golf Championship; George Butt, Ollie Derbie, Issac Morgan, Noah Morgan, Levi Prince, Joe Bunny, Michael Morris, Cameron Davy.

The seeded draw posted on the junior club notice board. Players to play the Tauhara Course with round one completed on or before Sunday, September 25.

The only match completed was between Noah Morgan and Levi Prince, a closely contested match with Noah winning round one 1up. Other juniors played Centennial with Angus Eyre returning his personal best round from Terracotta tees 89 gross. Younger players were introduced to playing foursomes over nine holes.
