Events planned for Project Tongariro’s AGM

-

Project Tongariro’s AGM weekend is approaching fast.

People are being encouraged to book their tickets soon for the catered dinner and accommodation on Saturday night, November 12.

This year, the AGM is being held at the Ski One 50 Lodge, at National Park Village.

There is an awesome schedule of events planned for the weekend including a causal dinner at The Park on Friday evening.

On Saturday morning there is a walk planned along the Tupapakurua Falls Track. People can either go as far as the Falls Lookout — a 40-50 minute walk — or go further down to the base of the falls.

In the afternoon the AGM will start at 4pm at Ski One 50 Lodge, followed by happy hour, a catered dinner, raffle, quiz and guest speaker.

On Sunday there is another walk planned along the Marton Sash and Door Tramway Cycle and Walking Trail, which takes up to four hours.

Bunk style accommodation is available for Friday and/or Saturday at the Ski One 50 Lodge, however there are plenty of other accommodation options available in the village for those who want to book something a little more private.

Follow the link below to book Ski One 50 Lodge accommodation and/or Saturday night catered dinner.

Bookings will be accepted up until Monday, November 7.
