Bellyful benefits from fun games

The Taupō public was treated to a real estate rumble with some legal leverage on Sunday.

The Bayleys at Bayleys — Clare and Grant Bayley — challenged all local real estate agencies to face off for charity at Kaimanawa Reserve.

Teams from Harcourts, Sotheby’s, Property Brokers, Tremain’s, and MMC Law, went head to head in a series of fun challenges to raise awareness, and money, for Bellyful Taupō.

Bellyful Taupo has been going since 2019, supplying meals to families from Reporoa to Tū rangi. The charity auction part of the event raised $10,595.

After 10 games, including ‘Poop the Potato’ and ‘Balloon Stack’ and culminatin­g in a tug-o-war, the top team was Bayleys Taupō Team Westerman with 1444 points. Tremain’s Team Luigi was a close second with 1336 points.
