Supporters of stroke club raffle thanked

Te Awamutu Courier - - News -

During the year I had a stall and raffles sales outside a supermarket on three occasions.

I wish to acknowledge the kindness of the staff for allowing the use of the space.

Particular thanks must be given to the helpers and the provision of knitted items to sell.

Strokes can happen at any time, to young and old, and our group raises funds to pay for entertainment, health speakers and an outing using the wheelchair-friendly bus.

This gives stroke victims comfort and companionship within the community.

The winner of the recent raffle has been notified, and thank you to all those who supported us on a couple of extremely cold days.
