AA relocates 5 Cross Roads Centre to its new Rototuna location

-

One of Hamilton's AA Centres has relocated to a new location in time for last week's easing of Covid restrictions. The 5 Cross Roads AA Centre has relocated 10 minutes up the road to Shop 27, 44 Horsham Downs Road in Rototuna - and is now the AA Rototuna Centre.

A masked and socially distanced ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new site took place prior to opening, with Hamilton Mayor Paula Southgate and Tom Moana from the Kiingitanga blessing the centre. AA channel network Waikato district manager Cathy McDonald says the opening was a success and the Rototuna team is looking forward to welcoming customers to the new Centre.

“Our customers can still expect the same friendly, high-quality customer service, just now in a new location. Our 5 Cross Roads customers are more than welcome to visit us at the Rototuna AA Centre or our other Hamilton AA Centre located on Barton Street.

“Customers can also be assured that all our AA Centres follow strict health and safety protocols during the current Covid outbreak and all other outbreaks to protect themselves and our people.”AA national manager network & channel delivery Julian Travaglia says, “With the Covid uncertainty, in particular over the past couple of months, we are pleased to reassure customers that the AA has no plans to withdraw its services from New Zealand regions.

“We will be continuing to offer all our usual AA Centre services in Rototuna as we did at the 5 Cross Roads Centre. There will be no change to our second Hamilton AA Centre located on Barton Street.”

Customers can visit the Centre to join the AA, arrange car, home and contents, life, health or travel insurance, renew vehicle registration and driver licences, pick up travel guides, free maps and more.
