Vets scramble was won by Stu Reid with a 70 nett on count back from Ian Julian. John Loder and Trevor Bell had 71 Netts, followed by Brian Penny on 72 Nett.

Stu Reid’s round was notable for the 3 x 2s and that it was the 23rd time Stu has scored under his age. Mark Keesom Twilight was won by Sean Cross with 23 points, he was followed by a number of players on 20 points, Tony Ivanovich, Emma Spiers, Murray Jess and Matt Scoble. On 19 points were Chris Will and Brian Shaw.

Saturday Scramble was easily won by Robert Mitchell on 43 points with Bruce Felton on 40 points, John Dean 39 points, Alan Kempthorne 38 Points, Helen Hickling and Eric Mills 37 points.

Twos on the day were had by Robert Mitchell, Jenny Cowan, Robert Boensma, Colin Cowan, Kerry Partridge, Andrew Park, Keith Wilson and John Dean.

Monday ladies scramble was won by Raewyn MacMahon 37 points, closely followed by Rhondda Bruce 38 points. Next was Carmen Galbraith 33 points. Women’s Championsh­ip Pennants team of Deb Foster, Michelle Galbraith, Raewyn MacMahon and Debbie Crocker played Hamilton at Walton, unfortunat­ely losing four games to two. Men’s Handicap Matchplay Pennants team of Mark Grocott,

Andrew Galbraith, Nathan George, Bruce Felton, Matt Scoble and Colin Cowan played at Nga˘ ruawa˘ hia, against Nga˘ ruawa˘ hia winning six games to three.
