Gaylene and John’s big wins
Gaylene and John Kanawa won the singles championships last weekend at Pirongia Bowling Club. Gaylene won over Sheryl Olsen and John had an exciting final against Mark Arrandale.
On March 6, the pair’s championships were played.
The women’s pairs event was won by Denise Te Momo and Sheryl Olsen while in the men’s, Mark Arrandale and Peter Kewish prevailed over Neil Randall and Stu Olsen in a very tight game.
