Mixed fours show their class to nab title
Experience came through in Bowls Te Awamutu’s Mixed Fours Champs when the team of Terry Osment (capt), Lynda Bennett, Chris Tait and Nevenka Drnasin combined to win the title.
This event completed the club’s championships for the 2021/2022 year.
It has been a complicated process with lockdowns and Covid-19 restrictions, as well as completing events in time for regional/ national participation, however match committee convener Arthur Twyford has managed the programme well.
